Her negotiation skills made for a quick decision for the sellers to pick us that I believe only comes with experience like hers. She is to the book on everything and was in constant communication with any advancements in the process. She is a hard worker! I constantly kept telling her it can wait and not to mess with her plans, but she is the best multitasker I've ever met. She has construction experience through family and personal home renovations.
